How long have you been a real estate agent?

I have been in this field for almost two months. I was a medical practitioner.

Why did you become a real estate agent?

Before I joined Fitzanne Estates, I grew up with a huge interest in property investment. I also own some properties to my credit and as an investor, it feels good to really invest my time and skills in a full-time schedule.

What motives you?

I became a real estate agent through a massive inspiration from my husband handing over all our properties to my care. My real motivation came from within me as I have always aim to someday fulfill my dreams and visions as a professional estate agent willing to own my own company in the future.

What challenges have you faced and how did you overcome them?

As a former medical practitioner, I have dealt with several challenges at ease which has been my area of strength in problem-solving. In real estate, I had challenges with procedures and some paper works which I have simply overcome with the assistance of the good working relationship I have with my recent colleagues.

What is the best part of being a real estate agent?

The best part of being a real estate agent so far is working professionally at a pace to accommodate every customer and providing them with prompt excellent services.

What skills or personality traits should you have to make you successful?

I am blessed with great skills and discipline as a professional, great working relationship skills such as the ability to accommodate every customer, great working relationships with both colleagues and customers, adaptation to new skills, and learning procedures.

What does your typical day look like?

On daily basis, the first thing I do is to check my emails and respond promptly to them, engage in light exercises which enhance my mental and physical performance which prepares me for the day activities. I also update every client by making calls and sending them emails. Also, I update my listings on Fusion and perform the necessary marketing on social media to reach out to clients. Moreover, I often receive daily facilitation from my senior colleagues.

What advice can you give aspiring real estate agents?

My professional advice to aspiring real estate agents is to be hardworking, open to teaching and learning processes, be ready to satisfy every customer and reach out promptly to attract serious clients.
